Chinese Temple Tea and Open House
The Chinese Temple is having an open-house on May 7th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. It is free to attend, tea, cookies, tours are available. An origami demonstration will be held fro 1:00 to 3:00pm. Join the City of Oroville and the Friends of the Parks for this fun event.

Show 'n Shine & Chili Cook-Off at the Falls!
Check out all the hot rods and cool rides at Feather Falls Casino’s annual Show ‘n Shine! Our main parking lot will be packed with classic cars and bikes. Get a glimpse of the vehicles that will be on display at the Gold Rush Car Show the next day. This year we’ve added a Chili & Salsa Cook-Off to the festivities! Cooking teams will start selling samples at 2:30pm, and that’s when we’ll open the beer garden. At 4pm, dance to your favorite tunes when “Urban Legend” takes the outdoor stage. It’s a full afternoon of entertainment for the whole family, and admission is free!
Gold Rush Car Show
The Oro Dam Cruisers is an Oroville, California car club with 265 enthusiastic vintage car owner members. Annually, in May, the club organizes and hosts the Gold Rush Car Show. The car show is held in downtown Oroville and features over 700 vintage cars which are judged.
Annual Craft Faire at Sank Park
Annual Craft Faire at Sank Park during Feather Fiesta Days. A family fun day. Artisan and craft booths, lots of great food including hot donuts and coffee sold out of the kitchen. Craft faire is a fundraising event for the Oroville Docent Association, a volunteer organization supporting Oroville's museums
Exchange Club Feather Fiesta Days Grand Parade
The Exchange Club of Oroville's Feather Fiesta Days Grand Parade. This year's theme is "community service". It is to celebrate all the people, service and organizatins that make Oroville the wonderful town it is. Your float or entry can honor community members who do not receive the recognition they deserve. Floats, bands, people, cars and horses make up over 70 to 100 entries. A small town people friendly event for the whole family.
